Low FODMAP Pesto

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts or pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender, and blend until smooth.
