After being diagnosed with IBS as a child, I accepted my symptoms as “normal.” When I experienced a major flare-up during the stress of college, I couldn’t take it anymore. I remember feeling confused about what food to eat and having zero trust in my body. Once I discovered my food triggers and learned how to manage the stress in my life, I was able to restore my relationship with food and my body. Now, I make confident food choices that support my body and allow me to do the things I love, without reservation.

I am passionate about helping you do the same. If you are scared, unsure, and desperate for freedom from your IBS symptoms, I am here to guide you through the low FODMAP lifestyle and help you live a vibrant life.
